Saturday morning spin/ yoga @ 9:00am (Pop up class only).
**NEW** Spin/Yoga
The first 30 minutes of class will be spent getting that sweat and calorie burn started on spin bikes with some cardiotastic tunes, and then the second half of the hour will be a more traditional stretch based yoga class to calm down from all the chaos of the week.
**NEW** Spin/Strength
A shortened class of 45 minutes, the first 30 minutes of class is building up that calorie burn on spin bikes moving to the beat with varied hills and sprints, moving into the last 15 minutes working upper body strength, core, and perhaps more leg work on the floor. Classes mix up the key body area worked, as well as the equipment or body weight used.
Clare teaches group class in anything from slow flow vinyasa to vigorous hot yoga. You can also hire her to lead workshops in your studio!
