A workshop meant for laughing and creating bonds with your partner, its great for building and growing any relationship. Even if it's a brand new friend you just met!

Balance and trust are challenged as different partner yoga poses are demonstrated and explained before reaching new heights and stretching in all new ways with the help of your partner! 

 

Roll into Muscle ReleaseFoam Rolling & Myofascial Release

The Roll into Muscle Release foam rolling workshop is a great way to explore the foam rolling technique as a method of releasing tension from the body in a simple way that even non yoga practitioners can do on a daily basis.

The workshop allows for learning about the Myofascia of the body, and how that relates to the stress we physically feel in the body, and then a hands on practice demonstrating the techniques a foam roller can help release tension in all areas of the body.
